Vision Aluminium Heating Blocks are designed for efficient heating and temperature control of laboratory samples. Manufactured from high-quality aluminium, they provide excellent thermal conductivity, rapid and uniform heat distribution, and stable positioning of laboratory vessels during heating or cooling processes.

These laboratory heating blocks are suitable for use with magnetic hotplate stirrers, allowing efficient heat transfer without interfering with magnetic stirring. They are available in various shapes and configurations to accommodate sample vials, tubes, round-bottom flasks and other laboratory containers.

Our product range includes square blocks, standalone round blocks, round-bottom flask blocks, full-plate blocks, circular segment blocks and UniBlock™ multi-well adapters. Selected models are designed for round hotplate stirrers with 135 mm or 145 mm plate diameters.

Three surface treatments are available:

• VelTex™ – Powder-coated finish

• Anodur™ – Anodized aluminium finish

• Cerakote – Ceramic coating offering enhanced resistance to chemicals, corrosion and mechanical wear, with an easy-to-clean surface
